Nick McKinnon brings experience to the company in many areas. Mr. McKinnon has an exceptional knowledge of videogames as he has been playing them for most of his life. This experience helps to fuel innovative ideas and avoid negative gameplay scenarios. This experience is a great asset to the company helping to keep the company ideas on track and preventing trial and error game play scenarios. Mr. McKinnon also has experience in videogame programming, project management, game design and production. Mr. McKinnon led a team of five including himself (Programmers Neil Power, Real Cloutier and Artists Curtis Rioux, Tim Murray) to develop the prototype Kingdom of Gnester which was unveiled on September 30, 2008. This prototype was created after just two months of actual development time. This feat not only shows Mr. McKinnon's leadership ability in a project but also displays his ability to schedule, make business decisions such as choice of development engine, software requirements and hardware needs. The Kingdom of Gnester prototype concept was selected by the Interactive Media Alliance to begin development of the prototype in 2008. Mr. McKinnon also holds a number of leadership experiences from other positions held at various companies.
